I am a new to the idea of real estate investment. I own a townhouse and suddenly got transferred out of state to a new job. Instead of selling my home, I decided to rent it out and become a landlord at 27. It's been interesting and I've been enjoying the experience. I'm interested in pursuing it further, but I have no idea where to begin.
