attempt buying my first investment property
I want to learn more about investing in real estate especially here in the Philippines.
My hubby is 62 now and that makes me think about our retirement. I think it would be good to buy a few apt buildings and hire property managers to keep the stress at bay.
I have owned and sold several homes and now own a house in Boulder; recently bought a rental property in Denver. Have invested in rentals in Michigan, and bought land in Florida.
