I own 20 hectares that am currently subdividing for further development into residential and commercial estate inSwaziland. I have sold vacant land in the past, and now a developer requiring funding for infrastructure.

Im from Serbia,and i have great ideas for a good working buissnes!
But not so much money for developing that buissnes idea,real estate in my county could be a good profit for a good investor,because there is so much property's that are for sale,the problem for our county is low prices for land.
