I am relatively new to real estate investing. I own three single family properties in Texas.
My goals are to develop multiple channels of income; real estate being one.
I'm interested in commercial real estate and operating businesses for sale by owner. Operating businesses should have annual cash flow north of $500K and owners ready to retire. Also interested in real estate including multi-family residential (50+ units), mini storage and mobile home parks.
