I was a mortgage broker for 17yrs until the mortgage melt down. I loved the busines, made many people new home owners as well as investors. I'm looking to continue in the real estate industry but not as an agent.
I'm a BP newbie working to learn the trade of REI, meet amazing people and create opportunities. I work on the road as an engineer and currently live in Orlando, FL, but consider Kansas City, MO to be my home base.
I started flipping houses in May 2020 in the middle of the start of a pandemic. After all the setbacks and struggles I successfully flipped the first property and took of from there. A year later and 10 properties successfully flipped I'm ready to take on bigger and better projects. Looking forward to start investing in multifamily projects....
