I started by buying at auction sales, I purchased two houses at my first auction. I purchased the two for 15,000 fifteen thousand dollars and rented them for five years and later they sold for 45,000 fourty five thousand dollars. I had a bad experience with rent tents is why. I quit for awhile because of it but now I just can not stay away...
