REI was always something I wanted to get into after reading a couple of books by Robert Kiyosaki in college. Since then, I was building up my knowledge (on and off) and researching the subject. My short term goal is to do a few flips to build up capital to start BRRRR. I am new to this so any help would be appreciated.
