I have long been interested in real estate, but just passively. Now, I feel ready to make a change, get involved! I am a middle age women and I have my extended family living with me. I work in health care right now.

Originally from Marion, Indiana, lived in Southern Pines, North Carolina for 7 years, now reside in Clermont, Florida area. Practiced Landscape Architecture for 3 years, after getting my MBA from UNC Chapel Hill, now work in marketing for Darden Restaurants in Orlando. Own one rental in NC, now looking for new investments.
I've been an avid Robert Kiyosaki reader and fan for years. His philosophy makes (common) sense to me! I've realized that saving money and "diworseifying" in paper assets is not the pathway to financial freedom.
