I now own three rental properties (first deal--March 2020, second deal, a bundle of two properties--August 2020) now to figure out that next deal! This year's goal is to have 4+ cash-flowing properties by the end of 2020. I'm pretty excited that I'm 3/4 of the way to my goal for this year! I thought about changing my goal with the Covid-19...
