I currently work full-time as a Data Scientist in the Oil and Gas industry. Currently, I own a single-family home and a four plex. I am trying to build a network and grow into the commercial storage space.
Currently have done a variety of deals in Cookeville, TN, but primarily have mostly done short term flips. As of 1/25/2021 I have done 6 flips, 1 spec home, and 1 wholesale deal.
So far all has been a (mostly) positive and profitable experience.
Would love to get into long term rentals, but I would be stoked to find more deals...
