I'm 23 and I work three jobs trying to save enough money for a down payment. I have been researching real estate investing for a couple months now and I listen to alot of books (rich dad poor dad, think and grow rich, etc.) while I work. I plan to buy a duplex and house hack it to get the ball rolling on my investing experience.
