I'm new to Real Estate but it is something I'm looking forward to learning more about.
I got started in 04 as an investor. Then decided to get my license and find the homes myself plus get a commission to boot. Once the market crashed I stayed away from the industry while building another business of mine. I have done all I want to do in my other "field" and now trying to jump start my real estate business.
