I am a journeyman electrician and a mobile home park manager. I'm interested in finding properties to buy that will pay my retirement. I live in California but am probably going to buy in another state where the entry price is more realistic. I flipped one home successfully in 2005 but am more interested in income properties.
I am a private lender and I finance residential real estate projects using my own money along with several colleagues of mine. Typical projects we fund are 1-4 unit residential properties, fix and flip 6-12 month loans. We lend up to 65% of ARV and are looking to work with experienced borrowers who need CASH fast. Our rates start at 12%.
