I own a third of 46 apartment units outside of Portland, OR with my siblings. Own/operate five doors in New Haven County CT with a partner. Have another unit myself and looking to add another 2 BR unit. Also have a number of passive RE investments and have done a major flip. Focusing on buy/hold residential.
I spent a decade working my way up the ladder as an accountant. Notable stops along the climb were Interim Principal Accountant for the City of Beverly Hills and Assistant Director of Finance for the Capital Area Council of Governments. Needing a more flexible career for my family, I chose to pursue real estate sales in 2017.
DMV focused investor working full time while I also finish college.
