i joined a REW (Real Estate Workshops) 2 months ago in the hope of doing real estate wholesaling, flipping, buy & hold, cash flow properties like apartments etc. I'm still in the process of learning their system. i sign-up for their mentoring program which is very expensive, hopefully it would be worth it.
