I am a Mechanical Engineer with over 30 years of experience. Yes that is a nice way of saying that I am old and I realize that i will not be able to count on Social Insecurity to retire, so I am looking for ways to suplament my income so I wont have to work till the day the Good Lord decides it time for me to go be with him.
Just looking to start investing in rehabs in the Seminole, Volusia Counties in Florida. Getting to retirement age and have always been interested in working on houses. Plan on starting small and working my way up.
