A translator using real estate to diversify investments. I currently own 2 properties in Huntsville, AL, and 2 more properties here in the Denver suburbs. I've tried house hacking, non-conforming duplex conversion, an STR, conventional out of state LTRs, and most recently a live-in fix and flip.
I've lived in Pittsburgh since 1999 and from a family that has owned multiple properties in the city for over a decade. Currently I live overseas as a defense contractor for the US Army.
My wife and I own a three family home in NYC, two single family houses in PA, one single family in Yonkers, NY, a ten unit and a four unit in CT. We have done three flips. I'm very hands on, studied plumbing etc. and was a facility manager for a V.A. residential facility.
