I am recently unemployed, 60 years old. I have some construction background and can do some projects myself. I have some of my own money available to buy.
I bought a house 7 years ago that needed work. Did the work and have rented it out since.
I bought a house in our neighborhood last summer, rehabbed it and sold it.
