I have been interested in real estate for a long time. I went to the Three day class at Fortune Builders and they want 20k - 34k to join mastery program. I want to join but dont have any money so i am trying to learn what i can.
I own 1 house that I am currently renting out and own another that I currently live in but am looking at selling or renting.
I am not actively investing now. I want to get started again.
