I am interested in all aspects of the real estate venture from buying, flipping, rehabbing, renting and financing along the way. I paid cash on a recent purchase for a 1,900 sq.ft. house on two acres. I at one time completed a real estate course and passed the state exam but life got in the way so that pursuit had to be put on hold till now....

I'm currently investing in real estate and need more info on how to conduct probate properties. Not many real estate agents handle probate properties that I have run into. I have a goal to conduct real estate full time by the end of the year 2016.
