I am new to commercial real estate investing.
Founder of PropertyShark.com. Currently own 23 units in Florida, member in seven syndicated investments in NYC, and financing a 700-unit development in Eastern Europe.
Family owned houses that became rentals. I have an interest to purchase and either hold or flip properties in the future.
Savvy investor with rental properties up and down west coast, but new to flipping and especially finding suitable properties, let alone funding. I have capital to fund some deals, but always prefer OPM.
I live in Atlanta and I joined BiggerPockets to push myself to get out there and meet others that are doing big things in this industry. I hope to be knowledgeable enough to give back one day.

I purchased two condos in the last two years as rentals and plan to hold them. They were fairly priced and didn't need much work to get rented. I had them both rented within a couple weeks of ownership so that I didn't have to carry them without income. Since they are condos with a monthly $180 HOA I don't have to maintain any exterior. ...
