I own a comercial property and I'm looking to invest in Real Estate particularly in New York and Florida. Looking for SFH and condo's to flip and also 3 or 4 to rent out for many 5 to 10 years. I have good credit and enough cash to make all cash deals which is what I will look for. Any help and/or leads and advice is greatly appreciated.
