I am a newbie investor want want to grow my profile and i want to venture in to real estate investing
Currently a hard money lender. Looking to do a few flips a year myself.
I have been in construction, remodeling homes for 25+ years with my father. I have become increasingly interested in the abandoned homes I see everywhere I look. So investing in flipping real estate has become more of my focus in the past few months. So I am acting like a sponge and trying to absorb all of the pertinent information I can.
My background is into finance and I actually work for a tech company. I have invested in a multi-unit building that I am now renting. I am excited about this new experience and looking forward to connecting with the real estate community.
