Hey BP fam, I have recently moved from Tampa to Lehigh Acres and continue to educate myself everyday. I have learned so much from BP and I look forward to putting some things into action.
Experience:
Learned through the school of hard knocks of how NOT to fix and flip homes in Atlanta but was able to save two deals and make a little extra money and get a better idea of the renovation process. I will be sticking to rental properties for now but would like to get back into another flip once time permits.
