Flipped 200+ homes in late 80s, done some development since then, was a RE broker and mortgage broker for 20 years. Then I did some foreign investment and picked up a law degree. Now I'm getting back into RE in Virginia. I am looking for investors who want to buy and hold. I want to build a portfolio of rental properties.
