I'm a lawyer with 25+ years experience in Denver. I got into real estate investing in 2008, during the foreclosure crisis, when I bought 5 single family houses. Still own them on a buy and hold model, which to me is the only sustainable model. Having said that, I've also flipped houses and am looking to do more.
