I am a real estate investor looking to scale my net worth through the acquisition of multifamily properties. I currently reside in Lafayette, IN and attend Purdue University for graduate school. I'm mainly interested in properties in either Lafayette or in Houston, TX (my hometown).
We have been investing for about two years now. We have a small buy and hold portfolio, some notes, some sub2 properties, and we love to flip and wholesale. I would love to network with other wholesalers in Central Arkansas as well as meet other seasoned investors who can teach us more about the business and creative financing.
