Just starting out and doing a quick info search led me to BP. Just quickly looking through BP has a ton of useful info and great people to learn from. Right now just trying to give myself a few months to learn and maybe get a few people to meet up with and talk to about their process in REI.
Just moved to Colorado from the PNW where we had been for 20+ years. Always had an interest in real estate but never could seem to get started. Took a 7500 mile road trip and listened to BP the whole way. Now itching to get our first deal!
