I am just starting in real estate, so I do not really have any experience at all. I have bought books on real estate because I thought I could find the right book that could give me the quick and fast way to make money.
But I finally realized that real estate is like any other job. You have to work to make money.

I am really exited about Bigger Pockets; I found so much information and answers to many of my questions in this site. For a novice investor its a great asset. Well I grew up in Orlando my family migrated from Peru in the early 90s but to me this is my hometown. I know this city very well which might be an advantage in this game. I am pumped...
