I have very little experience with regard to real estate investment. I've researched and attended various classes to educate myself but have yet to connect the dots. I currently own a historical 2 family flat.

I'm currently a Branch Manager at a bank. I brought my first home in 2010. By the end of 2016 I plan to buy my second home and use my current home as a rental property.

I am a retired military member who is looking to build a better retirement through income property. I would like to buy and rent homes in my local area near a military installation. I understand the frequent moving of military members and how expensive it could be to buy and sell with each move.
