I'm very happy in my job, I find it very satisfying and meaningful. However, I would like to invest in real estate, rental properties to buy and hold, on part time basis to gain financial security. I'm concerned though that house prices are overpriced now and wonder if it will crash like the stock market. I live in the greater Boston area.
