I MOST DEF cant wait to dive head first into the real estate business as a wholesaler. I'm all ears for pointers. I eat, sleep and breath real estate. I LOVE IT. I cant stop thinking about it.
I have owned SFR rental property for the last 3 years. A business partner and I dabbled in it, before the market downturn in 2008, only to get burned pretty badly. This was a good education, an expensive one, but it helped hook me in to real estate. Today I own 5 properties and have interest in more.
