2019 update:
We added a 2nd rental property in Memphis TN to our portfolio and converted our primary residence into our 3rd rental. We are now mostly nomadic for work traveling around the US, and some internationally, but we still are looking to pick up more properties!

I have one single family rental so far and want to get to 25 units within the next 5 years!
