I am getting into real estate investing. I run two music schools in the Middlesex MA area and looking for other forms of cashflow. I currently own 1 two-family house that I rent out. Currently looking to add a 3-family house.
I am a wife, mom, pediatric nurse and budding real estate investor. My husband and I currently own one single family home we plan to hold as a rental for the long term.
