I have no experience. My son and I had attended a couple of past seminars, held by other well known real estate investors. This is something we've wanted to get involved with for quite some time. My biggest concern has been who to trust. Everyone makes a ton of promises, that sound way too good to be true. Yet they all ask for way too much...
