My wife and I moved to Walland, TN (Knoxville/Maryville area) in August 2020. We have a 3 year old son and had twin boys in September of 2021 will be joining us in October 2021. I work full time in construction and my wife is a stay at home mom. We're interested in starting some BRRRRs and flips in the near future to bring in some more income...

I am currently an agent at Renovation Design Realty. I am looking to getting into out of state investing using the BRRRR method. I just heard the podcast and I am highly interested in it. I want to invest in the PA area starting with single family and working up to apartment buildings.
