Rental Property Investor
Hello fellow BP folks!! My wife (Amy) and I are real estate investors in Central Illinois. To date we are Buy and Hold investors with 3 properties under our portfolio and looking to continue with 2-3/year. We owe many of our successes and learning experiences to BP. See you all at the top!!

Bio: My wife and I are investors in Ames, IA since 2015. We currently have (5) SF, (1) DUPLEX, (1) 5-PLEX and just completed a 2,700 s.f. flip. Short-term goals include raising/growing a family, creating a real estate syndication, and adding to our growing portfolio.
Experience: We currently buy value-add homes and rent them out....
