I am almost 60 and work in the kitchen remodel industry. I bought a foreclosure a few years ago and renovated it. I had a ball doing it and want to keep doing it and use the profit to buy rental properties. Fortunately I can do just about anything myself if I want to. I am married with 3 kids who are all married and have great spouses.
I'm from Poland but was in England for 13 years, have one property over there. Moved with my girlfriend to Calgary, AB just over a year ago. Want to do House hack here, was already pre-approved for a mortgage but Covid19 hits the market here, and now everything is on suspend.
