My husband and I just got our very first 4-plex under contract. It's technically our first home. We're newlyweds and we were renting up until this point. We would like to invest in real estate so that we will be able to retire sooner, but we don't know much about it yet. We're still learning the ropes!
I'm Summer and I'm 25 years old looking to make a better bigger life for myself. Ive always had a go getter type of demeanor, real estate seemed to be the perfect avenue. I'm hoping to get into real estate to help fulfill my dream of being retired by 45 with enough money to take care of my family for the rest of their lives.
I have zero experience with RE. However I am motivated to learn the art of RE and am willing to do what it takes to learn more!
