Hello BP Family! An Army veteran looking to invest into SFR or MFR in the Middle TN area.
I have 4 doors in Orlando, two of them are for short term, all lakefront. I also owned 3 gyms that I sold recently and now I'm transitioning to the role of invester.
I am a full time real estate investor building a wholesale company. The markets we work in are Anchorage, AK and Columbus, OH.
We also own long and short term rentals.
Rental Property Investor primarily focused on SFH and townhomes while working towards multifamily.

currently a senior engineer for a fortune 100. Tired of large company bureaucracy and the thought of 25 more years of the "grind" is not appealing.
