I graduated from nursing school at 22. I bought my first house at 23, and now at 24 I think there's a whole world of opportunity out there that I can tap into. There is money to be made in real estate and I want to learn how to make it. I have a wedding to pay for, student loans to pay off, and I want to have kids one day.
