In early 2014 I took over the management of my parent's real estate portfolio. I fell in love with the business, the challenges, and the rewards. In December of 2014 I purchased my first investment property and I've slowly accumulated a small portfolio.
Real estate business over 40 years. Flipped over 100 houses in the past 3 years. Been involved in over 2000 transactions in single family homes. Trainer, coach, creates notes and mortgages, owns a co- working space and event center.
I own about 90 rental units currently.
Full time employed in social media advertising.
Rentals are located in Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Wyoming, Michigan.
