I am a licensed real estate broker, but for personal/family reasons, have not been very active over the last couple of years. I am interested in buying and flipping. I have located a deal that would work for me but cannot find a lender who will fund 100 of the acquisition cost and repair cost.

I am in the process of selling a piece of land.
I have owned up to 3 properties but I'm currently down to one which is producing a nice positive cash flow. I need to supplement my income to the tune of $10k-20k annually.
