I have two single family homes that I rent and have had a four unit and an eight unit in the past. I retired from my 8-5 and have more time for RE.
I am looking to get involved in all aspects of RE investing.
I'm new at real estate and looking to learn from site like this how to become an investor. I have a lot experience in construction of housing units, commercial buildings and utilities where I have worked for over 35 years as superintendent and project manager, but nothing about the commercial side.
