I am a new real estate investor based out of Chicago. I currently work a W-2 job in Tech consulting and am looking to grow my real estate portfolio on the side until I am able to walk away from my W-2 and focus on real estate full time. As of now, I am interested in investing in Ohio, Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Florida.
