I was a realtor in the past and I have done buy & holds and had a corporate rental, before the bust. Currently, I work full-time in education, so I am looking to make this work part-time with my brother.

I have 6 adult children and two grandchildren. My husband and I have had 1 LTR for 7 years and one STR for 3 years. Would love to increase our doors before retirement to have a nice supplemental cash flow.
