WE HAVE IN THE 30+ YEARS MOVED FROM A CARLTON SHEETS STARTER COURSE TO TODAY WE HAVE MOVED TO NOW ALSO BUYING AND SELLING BUSINESSES AS WELL AS RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE. AND BECOMING LENDERS, AND OUR GOAL IS TO HELP ANY AND ALL INVESTORS ANY WAY WE CAN. THE HELP WASN'T THERE 30+ YEARS AGO.
Started as a contractor , building homes and then into a rehab contractor. I found the hard part of investing was the money man and funding. You could borrow the money if you had enough experience. I started involving myself in funding as a Institutional lender and still do.
I have zero knowledge about real estate investment.so i hope i can learn with you sir.thank you.
