I work full-time and am looking to become a passive real estate investor. I live in Wayne County and want to invest locally in Detroit and the surrounding area. My goal is to close on my first rental property in 2019 and have at least 10 doors by 2021. Given my day job, I'd prefer to work with a property manager.
