My husband Jeff and I are purchasing "buy and holds" to build retirement (we have 2 so far in Plaistow). And we would like to get into flips so we can quit our jobs and focus on real estate. I have also started my own property management business and currently manage a 26 unit condo Association.
I'm a retired Air Force guy. Played in the Air Force Band as a drummer, still play from time to time. Originally from Ohio, but have lived in the south or southwest most of the last 20 years and I enjoy living on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
