We have been investing in rental properties for over 20 years. We are not "big time" investors. We have a few duplexes which we self manage.
I have 2 houses and fixing to sell one right now, because I am having a bad experience with tenants. I think if anything, in the future, I will just flip houses. I am a good person but there are too many bad people out there that take advantage of others. and I'm tired of it.
Would like to buy more houses to rent out.
